The Manotick Village Community Association (MVCA) recently presented a $2,500 donation to the Manotick & Area Centre for Arts & Wellness (MACAW). This money was raised at Shiverfest 2025 and will be used for organizing events in our community to keep seniors connected.
MACAW was created in 2020 by volunteers at Manotick United Church but is run by a non-denomination Advisory Council. Its vison is to provide programs for seniors to keep them healthy and engaged with each other and the local community.
